4. Dbamy o dobry wizerunek gildii - nie, ksujemy za bardzo (zw³aszcza Polaków), nie PKujemy za bardzo (chyba, ¿e na bramie i KSerów), unikamy wyzwisk, prowokacji, a co najwa¿niejsze traktujemy siê kulturalnie w gildii alians i party.

5. Promujemy guild party, je¶li jednak nie ma osób do zrobienia takiego party zapraszamy cz³onków alliance lub innych gildii. W takiej sytuacji nie kickujemy tzw. "obcych" zgodnie z zasad±, ¿e kto pó¼no przychodzi sam sobie szkodzi.

Every new member entering GothiC3 guild is obliged to read and accept the following rules. All the points are not only the rules of the guild but also a kind of guidance for all the guild members.

3. We take care of good atmosphere in the guild.All misunderstandings are to be fixed between people interested. We want to have a group of pals, so we must co-operate and try to reach a compromise, so that we do not spoil fun of our other friends.

4. We take care of a positive image of our guild - we do not ks too much (especially Poles), we do not pk too much (save the Gate and Ksers) we avoid calling names, provocations, and, the most important we address politely to other members of the Guild, Alliance and party.

5. We prefer guild party, but in case there aren't enough people willing to join in the party, we can invite other alliance members or people from other guilds. In such a case we do not "kick" so called "strangers" - according to the saying that early bird catches the worm.

6. We share all valuable drop in the party, it means all jewels: Soul= 12m, Bless= 36m, JoL=1B1S or 48m,JoC=1B: exc items and all items +opt +luck... If the item can be used in the guild, we do not sell it in the market but leave it in guild (in this way we make our guild stronger). We trade jewels in guild according to the above key.

7 We do not play party with people from so-calle "black list" or with guilds from that list.

The forth round of the six-party talks will focus on North Korea��s nuclear program. Both North and South Korea oppose putting these thorny issues on the negotiating table. The question whether North Korea has a highly enriched uranium program, as the U.S. insists in the face of consistent denials, is another knotty problem.
�� North Korean human rights
White House spokesman Scott McClellan said Monday the talks are focused ��on the proposal that we outlined last June,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].�� The June proposal is a deal to resolve the nuclear issue; it takes no account of the human rights question.
However, the U.S. Congress put pressure on the Bush administration in a resolution on July 11 to make the North Korean human rights and kidnapping issues part and parcel of the six-party agenda. �� Uranium Enrichment

It was in response to that suspension that North Korea restarted its nuclear reprocessing and so started a second nuclear standoff.

�� Abductions of Japanese
Tokyo is looking for clarification whether Japanese people kidnapped by North Korea during the 1970s are still alive and for more information about those who died. Public opinion in the island country is that neither improved relations nor negotiations with North Korea are possible until the matter is resolved,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Nor does the government see any reason to skirt around the issue. Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi brought up the question when he met North Korean leader Kim Jong-il in the past and recently sent a special envoy to South Korea to demand that the kidnappings are put on the agenda.

A high-ranking official on Monday said Japan��s ��less-than-enthusiastic attitude�� was not helpful for the success of the six-party talks, a remark another official in turn interpreted as a warning to Japan to stop trying to push the issue on the six-party talk agenda. However, Japan is an important financial source of aid for North Korea, and the key incentive for Pyongyang to scrap its nuclear programs will ultimately be large-scale economic aid. So far South Korea, the U.S. and China have assumed that a fair amount of the aid would come from Japan. But if Japan says it can��t pay unless the abductions are dealt with properly, things could get difficult. Seoul and Washington have both tried to persuade Japan to leave the matter for bilateral contacts with North Korea. It remains to be seen what Tokyo will do.

It is well accepted in Pharmacology that it is scientifically impossible to accurately predict the side effects or clinical effects of a combination of drugs without studying that particular combination of drugs in test subjects. Knowledge of the pharmacologic profiles of the individual drugs in question does not in any way assure accurate prediction of the side effects of combinations of those drugs, especially when they have different mechanisms of action, which is very common because polypharmacy is most often prescribed to patients with "multiple illnesses". More than 100,000 patients in this country die from identified adverse drug reactions (perhaps the 4th to 6th leading cause of death in the U.S.)3 The number who die as a consequence of polypharmacy is, to my knowledge,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], unknown.
The argument that the prescribing of drugs is the "Art" of Medicine is not valid in defending polypharmacy, because drugs are developed (indications, dose and administration, etc.) and approved through a "scientific" process (double-blind,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], placebo-controlled studies). The fact that the medicines are often prescribed for "different conditions" is irrelevant (especially to the patient's physiology).
